We aggregate reported crime within approximately one mile of the property location for the last 12 complete months. The current partial month is excluded.

• The approximate radius around the property that the figures cover.

• We use the last 12 complete months to avoid partial-month distortion.
• Not all crimes are reported; recording practices can vary.
